It's getting better...
We made it out this weekend again. Still in dry suits, but I got a couple of sets in plus some time on my new Ronix surfboard. Felt good for an early season ride for sure. BTW, totally unrelated, but I really don't need to see meatloaf singing for an AT&T commercial! One step forward, two steps back...

This Sucks
I'm in Spokane. Super tired of the weather, a record year for the snow, but a sucky spring for riding. I can't wait for it to get warmer out... just venting I guess.

Spring Break at the OWC
Taylor and I hit the OWC twice last week while on spring break in Orlando. We had a blast both days and Tay really stepped it up on the second day trying more and more new things. It was my second time riding there, and also my second time ever trying any kind of rail. Was able to hit three structures consistently, and I felt pretty good about it. I've been working out most of the winter, but man I'm still super sore still.

Surf Expo Part 5 (Nick at OWC, the Last Post)
I got to hit the OWC finally last Friday - I really dug it. I actually hit one of the table tops a couple of times, is wasn't as tough as I thought it might be. I tried to nail the rail that is just off of the start, but the water was rough and I couldn't get my board lined up. Here's a couple shots to check out:

Surf Expo Part 4 (Ronix at OWC)
The main Ronix booth was out at the OWC. They set up a tent with all of their products inside. On the outside they set up a rail where they pulled the team across into the boat area of OWC. Sorry that the pictures are crap, but I just brought my point and shoot:
