Problems with Illusion Carbon Fiber Wakeboard Racks???

Mine look nice but have been nothing but trouble. I am on the forth set and one just broke again last weekend. The stupid hooks keep breaking off!

They are all really nice dudes and supposedly they have a bad ass mechanic too. They had my boat all taken care of a couple days after I dropped it off so they are quick too. This is the first time I have taken my boat to them but was impressed with the service so I would recommend them.
